Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of squizly.joyknight.com (the “Service”), operated by Squizly, operated by Mikhail Alforov(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Squizly provides online quizzes that assess your skill or knowledge in a given area (for example, English grammar proficiency or reasoning ability). Taking a quiz is free. After completing a quiz you may purchase a personalized, automatically generated result report, which is delivered to you by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Purchases and payment

Reports are sold for a one-time fee as shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for collecting applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you also agree to the payment processor’s buyer terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

Your report is a digital product delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder if the report does not arrive. If you do not receive your report, contact us at support@squizly.joyknight.com and we will resend it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports or quiz content without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All quiz content, scoring logic, report templates, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchased report is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. No professional advice

Quizzes and reports are provided for informational and self-assessment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional educational, psychological, medical, or other advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
