- My report didn’t arrive.Check your spam folder first, then email us from the address you used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
- I’d like a refund. See our Refund Policy — a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
- A billing or receipt question. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Your card statement will reference Paddle, and they issue receipts and process refunds on our behalf.
